Qualifikationen

• MBO-4 degree with leadership experience and relevant manufacturing exposure.
• Experience leading small teams in a production environment and GMP awareness.
• Fluent Dutch A2 and English B2 language proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations to hit production targets and ensure quality.
• Coach and develop staff, align staffing with needs and training.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace with SOPs and GMP rules.
• Drive continuous improvement with LEAN methods and problem solving.
• Conduct Gemba walks, document work, and use visual controls.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and complete administrative tasks.
