Johnson & Johnson is seeking an All-round Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and continuity of production and utility systems in an innovative pharmaceutical environment. You will work in a full-continuous 5-shift system with colleagues to resolve breakdowns quickly and implement improvements.

Required are a strong technical background, experience in industrial settings, and a proactive, quality-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau in elektrotechniek of meet- en regeltechniek.
• Aantoonbare technische ervaring in een industriële omgeving.
• Sterke analyse- en storingsoplossingsvaardigheden.
• Veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen staan hoog in het vaandel.

Responsibilities

• Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties.
• Prioriteren en coördineren van werkorders met operations en teamleden.
• Onderhouds-, service- en optimalisatiewerkzaamheden aan installaties.
• Analyseren van complexe technische problemen en kennis delen met collega’s en contractors.
• Identificeren van verbeterkansen en implementeren van optimalisaties.
• Zorgen voor GMP-, veiligheids- en compliance-naleving tijdens werkzaamheden.
• Bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving en ondersteunen van ploegoverschakeling.
