Johnson & Johnson is seeking a capable Operations Support professional in Sassenheim, Netherlands. The role focuses on executing routine tasks, supporting internal teams in Operations, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and discretion.

You will follow GMP guidelines and internal policies, ensuring timeliness of deliverables while collaborating with supervisors to meet production targets. Training and process improvement awareness are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• A relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or an non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• Dutch or English at level B1 is required.
• Basic computer proficiency for MS Office and routine business applications.

Job Description:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assists as an experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides support for internal teams within Operations. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Completes tasks to meet production targets of the Operations unit under general supervision, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Maintains front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory issues (e.g., audit findings, CAPA’s) to assist in the efficient managements of tasks in accordance with internal and external regulations and procedures.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures to support tasks related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.
• Helps monitor resources and escalates any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business results.
• Adhere to standardized work, follow activity flowcharts and keep record on the visual metrics.
• Records gaps between target activity status and actual status and provides continuous improvement ideas based on these gaps.
• Takes ownership of personal training and ensures that all required training is understood and completed on time.
• Maintains knowledge of process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.

Minimum Qualification

• A relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or an non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• A B1 level in Dutch or English is required.
• The levels of computer proficiency are basic level for MS office and routine level for business applications.
• Quality oriented and precise.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Ability to work on a shift roster.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €35.000,00 - €53.360,00
