Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Leiden is seeking an All-round Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability of production and facility systems in a pharmaceutical setting. You will work in a 5-shift, continuous operation with colleagues to resolve breakdowns quickly and implement improvements.

The role requires hands-on fault finding, mechanical and electrical skills, and a proactive, safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 level preferred in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Proven industrial experience as a maintenance or service technician.
• Strong fault analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate, analyze, and fix faults on production and utility systems.
• Prioritize and coordinate work orders with operations and teammates.
• Carry out maintenance, service, and optimization on installations.
• Analyze complex technical problems and share knowledge with colleagues and contractors.
• Identify maintenance improvements and implement optimizations.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and compliance during work and team handovers.
