Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead the Operations unit, manage performance, and ensure alignment with GMP standards. The role requires overseeing production targets, workforce planning, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

You will supervise teams, drive lean improvements, and mentor less experienced supervisors while managing daily tasks and key projects across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• HBO degree with either 5+ years of relevant experience or 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Dutch A2 and English B2 required.
• Intermediate MS Office skills and basic data analysis capabilities.
• Proactive leadership and calmness under pressure.
• Willingness to work on a 16-7 shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors and manages performance.
• Leads Operations unit processes and aligns with business goals.
• Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintains GMP knowledge and regulatory awareness to support tasks.
