Job summary

Fagron North America is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our sterile pharmaceutical production facilities. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills and strict adherence to cGMP standards.

You will repair plant equipment, diagnose issues, support CMMS processes, and coordinate with Quality and vendors. Strong reading of drawings and P&IDs, plus the ability to work independently or on a team, are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and cleanroom standards.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and limited automation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Independent work capability with attention to detail and teamwork.
• On-call or weekend maintenance availability.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant equipment and building infrastructure per specifications and SOPs in compliance with cGMP.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Interface with CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Quality and follow change controls and work orders.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and environmental conditions.
• Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
• Support scheduling with vendors and office/equipment moves.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
