Life Science client is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability and performance of production equipment in a GMP manufacturing setting. You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and support root cause investigations in a shift-based environment.

The role involves inspections, calibration, planned shutdown support, and close collaboration with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain GMP

Competenze

• Experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills in English.

For one of our Life Science clients - we are currently looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer (GMP Manufacturing | Shift Operations)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to make an impact in a highly regulated manufacturing environment? We are seeking a hands-on professional to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our production equipment.

What you'll do

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and support root cause investigations.
• Perform inspections and calibration activities.
• Support planned shutdowns and maintenance interventions.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Support validation activities and maintain accurate GMP documentation.
• Help manage spare parts and maintenance records within the CMMS.

What you’ll bring

• HBO degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other GMP-regulated industries.
• Experience working in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
