Johnson & Johnson is seeking an All-round Storingsmonteur to safeguard reliability of production and utility systems in a dynamic pharmaceutical setting in Leiden. You will work in a 5-shift system with colleagues to resolve faults quickly while enabling continuous manufacturing of customised medicines.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, a strong focus on uptime, and adherence to GMP and safety standards. A proactive, collaborative professional will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on ability to locate, analyze and fix faults in production and utility systems within a pharma setting.
• Experience with maintenance, service and optimization work on installations.
• Focus on equipment availability, reliability and risk reduction.
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Valid B license required.

Responsibilities

• Locate, analyze and resolve faults on production and utility installations.
• Prioritize and coordinate work orders with operations and team members.
• Perform maintenance, service and optimization tasks on installations.
• Analyze complex technical problems and share knowledge with colleagues and contractors.
• Identify maintenance process improvements and implement optimizations.
• Ensure GMP, safety and compliance requirements are met during work.
