About the Role
As a Maintenance System and Excellence Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening maintenance execution, system compliance, and equipment reliability across the site. You will own how maintenance systems, data, and processes are applied, ensuring they support safe, compliant, and reliable operations in a regulated medical-device manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will lead the effective use of the eCMMS (Maximo), partner closely with Line and Process Engineers, and translate data and insights into practical, department-specific maintenance strategies. You will also act as the Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for audits, helping ensure maintenance practices are clear, consistent, and inspection-ready.
