Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a manufacturing operations professional in Leiden to support a fast-paced, GMP-driven environment. You will assist in daily production tasks, document activities, and help maintain quality and compliance throughout the process.

The role requires an MBO-2 level with relevant experience or equivalent, Dutch and English at B2 level, and basic MS Office skills. A shift-based schedule is expected with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• MBO-2 diploma with at least 18 months relevant experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Requires a B2 level in Dutch and English.
• Basic MS Office skills and entry-level familiarity with business applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the team as a starting individual contributor following established output standards or procedures.
• Follows routine administrative processes within Operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensures adherence to professional standards, efficiency, clear communication, discretion and sound judgment.
