Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Analyst HP MIDI to develop analytics and insights across Human Pharma for the MIDI region. You will manage data processes and regional forecasting, partnering with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivering market and PMR insights to shape strategy, with responsibilities spanning KPI definitions, forecast scenarios, and cross-country field research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Admin, Analysis, Finance or Marketing.
• Around 4 years in a business analysis role.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
• Experience in digital marketing analytics (web analytics, conversion funnel).
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient with data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Agile mindset; able to lead in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze brand/market performance & customer experience from multiple data sources and provide strategic recommendations.
• Act as consultant for senior management and collaborate with stakeholders to generate actionable insights.
• Define KPIs to track business transformation on GTM and measure impact of activities.
• Provide short and long-term forecasts for brand performance with alternative scenarios.
• Define and govern regional forecasting processes and models.
• Communicate and train process and models across the MIDI region.
• Consult MIDI OPUs on local primary market research projects.
• Coordinate field research across MIDI countries as a primary business partner.
• Analyze PMR results to draw conclusions and actions.
