Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Inventory Analyst for Northern Europe to analyze inventory data, identify risks and optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-market teams. You will support consignment reductions, collaborate across markets, and help standardize processes while reflecting local needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Power BI experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in end-to-end project management, with organization, accountability and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory performance across one or more Operating Units (OUs) to identify risks, trends, and opportunities to improvement
• Analyse inventory portfolios to support optimization initiatives, including consignment reduction
• Partner with OU teams and internal stakeholders to align priorities, drive and support improvement projects on consignment, and collaborate effectively across a virtual, cross-functional environment
• Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making for sales teams and internal stakeholders
• Drive adoption of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) by promoting it as a self-service tool and encouraging full usage across field Sales Teams
• Gather local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes where possible to shape practical solutions across Northern Europe
