Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Inventory Analyst for Northern Europe to analyze inventory data, identify risks, and translate insights into actions across Benelux, Germany, the Nordics, and the UK & Ireland. Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on organization, accountability, negotiation and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory performance across one or more Operating Units to identify risks, trends, and opportunities to improvement.
• Analyse inventory portfolios to support optimization initiatives, including consignment reduction.
• Partner with OU teams and internal stakeholders to align priorities, drive and support improvement projects on consignment, and collaborate effectively across a virtual, cross-functional environment.
• Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making for sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) by promoting it as a self-service tool and encouraging full usage across field Sales Teams.
• Gather local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes where possible to shape practical solutions across Northern Europe.
