Мы ищем специалиста по глобальному платному поиску: Google Ads и Bing, оптимизация CAC/ROAS, управление бюджетами на нескольких рынках и языках, настройка фида в Google Merchant Center и аналитика в GA4/Looker Studio. Гибридный формат работы в центральном Амстердаме, кросс‑функциональная работа с командами Creative, Ecom и Data.

Qualifications

• 5–6 лет опыта ведения крупных кампаний Google Ads (e‑commerce).
• Опыт управления multi‑market/multi‑language бюджетами €250k+ в мес.
• Опыт работы с Google Merchant Center и Shopping Campaigns.
• Навык работы с GA4/Looker Studio или аналогичными BI‑инструментами.
• Умение переводить данные атрибутивности в коммерческие рекомендации.
• Свободное владение английским языком.

Responsibilities

• Управлять, мониторить и оптимизировать глобальную стратегию платного поиска (Google, Bing).
• Согласование стратегии Google Ads с руководством для ускорения роста в основных рынках и Европе.
• Координация повседневной работы с агентствами и тестовой дорожной картой.
• Работа над мульти‑язычными и мульти‑валютными лентами продуктов в Merchant Center.
• Преобразование данных из Google Analytics/Looker в практические кампейны и рекомендации.
• Сотрудничество с командами Creative, Ecom и Data для выравнивания материалов под бренд.

Job description

Описание: MR MARVIS is an Amsterdam-based men's clothing brand launched in 2016 that creates shorts, trousers, and tops. It is the largest Dutch clothing brand, holds B Corp Certification, and has a strong online presence across Europe.

Задачи:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize the global paid search strategy across Google and Bing to improve CAC, ROAS, and Net Profit;
• Partner with leadership to develop and refine the Google Ads strategy, accelerate growth in core markets, and support expansion across European markets and languages;
• Coordinate daily performance activities with external agency partners and guide daily optimizations and a continuous testing roadmap;
• Oversee and refine multi-language and multi-currency product feeds across a large product inventory;
• Convert complex datasets from Google Analytics, Looker, and attribution tools into practical campaign strategies;
• Work with Creative, Ecom, and Data teams to align campaign assets with brand goals, improve analysis, and meet modern tracking standards.

Требования:

• Around 5-6 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Paid Search campaigns, ideally within an e-commerce or D2C brand;
• Experience managing multi-market, multi-language budgets of significant scale (€250k+ monthly);
• Experience managing a large product inventory in Google Merchant Center and Shopping Campaigns;
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools;
• Ability to translate complex tracking or attribution data into practical commercial recommendations;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with advanced attribution models such as MTA or Marketing Mix Modeling, experience scaling Google Search and YouTube ads, understanding of Incrementality, MTA, and MMM, technical comfort with GTM and server-side tracking setups, prior experience managing performance marketing agencies.
