Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing, marketing analytics, or user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of attribution, measurement, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with forecasting and reporting experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with clear business communication.
• Fluent Korean and English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing framework for Pearl Abyss titles in the EMEA region.
• Forecast, model scenarios, and provide budget recommendations.
• Identify opportunities through continuous testing and optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and risks across the product lifecycle.
• Maintain tracking frameworks ensuring data integrity and measurement.
• Develop insights-rich reporting for regional leadership and HQ.
• Manage analytics tooling and attribution platforms.
• Collaborate across Product Marketing, Social, Creative, and HQ.
• Coordinate with external partners to measure and optimize campaigns.
