Job summary

WebinarGeek in Zoetermeer is seeking a performance marketer to drive paid search campaigns and grow organic traffic with AI-supported content strategies. You will lead Google Ads initiatives (Performance Max, search, display, YouTube) and expand our reach in local and international markets.

You’ll work with a data-driven team, testing relentlessly and leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns, content, and analytics. Hybrid work allowed in the Zoetermeer office.

Qualifications

Proven track record in driving paid search campaigns.
Experience growing organic traffic with AI-assisted content strategies.
Fluent in GA4 and tag management.
Experience experimenting with AI tools and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize high-performing SEA campaigns with smart automation and AI-driven copy.
Improve SEO with a strategic and technical mindset (content clusters, AI-powered validation, structured data).
Experiment with AI to improve performance, from headlines to automated A/B testing.
Create dashboards and reports that turn insights into action.
Collaborate with content, design, and dev to deliver impactful marketing.
Stay sharp on trends in search, AI, and automation and share those insights with the team.
