Job summary

Together AI is expanding its Amsterdam office and seeking a versatile People operations generalist to cover recruiting coordination, HR administration, and daily office operations. You will own end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India, manage offers and onboarding, and support office activities as the first dedicated person in this role in Amsterdam.

You’ll report to the Talent Operations Partner in San Francisco, with a local mentor from the International Finance & Operations team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Self-starter who can build process where none exists.
• Attention to detail and time management under pressure.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential situations (offboarding, offer letters).
• Empathetic and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Amsterdam four-five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India hiring across time zones and seniority levels.
• Manage offer letters and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee daily operations and employee support for the Amsterdam office (maintenance, food, beverages, events).
• Support HR projects as they arise and help build scalable processes.
• Partner with recruiting, People team, and local colleagues to keep operations running as the office scales.
