JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a dynamic team. You will help deliver best-in-class guest experiences, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and drive store performance under the Store Manager's guidance.

The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership position, a proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. A growth-oriented, people-centric leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor).
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment (teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant store operations, ensuring high local standards and ratings.
• Assist Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback and in-store training.
• Foster guest-first relationships to increase loyalty and drive store performance.
• Contribute to achieving defined KPI targets and optimizing EBITDA.
• Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
