Zusammenfassung

Zoku is a dynamic, people-centric hospitality brand in Amsterdam seeking an HR/People & Culture intern starting February 2027. You will support onboarding, internal communications, and recruitment while engaging with a diverse, multinational team.

You will contribute to organizing events, fostering a vibrant culture, and learning through mentorship within the People & Culture team. This internship runs full-time in Amsterdam, with a friendly, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Recipient must be an HBO/WO student in HR or Hospitality.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Internship requires full-time availability and February 2027 start.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new Zoku team members and help them settle in.
• Assist People & Culture with HR communications and candidate emails.
• Help interview future Zokus; participate in job fairs and assessments.
• Plan and organize team events and celebrations in Amsterdam.
