Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics to join a high-impact team supporting strategic workforce decisions. You will combine analytical problem-solving, data modelling and stakeholder consulting to turn complex questions into trusted insights.

You will work across HR, Finance, HR Systems, IT and the business on workforce cost, capability planning and AI-enabled HR use cases, shaping the analytical approach and developing reusable data foundations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in People Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and scalable insights.
• Build reusable data models and dashboards across HR, Finance, IT and the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to define questions, success metrics and delivery plans.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics workflows and governance for data confidence.
