Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking a Pension Delivery Lead to drive complex transformations for pension funds, administrators, and insurers. You will lead end-to-end delivery of pension technology programs, focusing on regulatory alignment and operational excellence.

The role requires deep pension domain knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across service lines to deliver tangible client value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder delivery programs.
• Knowledge of pension processes, benefits, onboarding and data migration.
• Ability to translate complex delivery roadmaps to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pension technology programs from initiation to post-go-live.
• Manage migrations, data transfers, and integrations with external platforms (payroll, CRM, reporting).
• Ensure delivery stays within budget and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate delivery risks including data integrity and third-party dependencies.
