Job summary

Accenture Amsterdam is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to shape and deliver large-scale grid investment programs. You will integrate capital project expertise with data, technology, and modern delivery approaches to accelerate infrastructure transformation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve performance across asset lifecycles, spanning strategy, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure, Business Administration, or a related field
Extensive experience in infrastructure and capital projects, including program management, engineering delivery, construction execution, project controls, or infrastructure transformation
Proven track record leading large-scale, complex programs, portfolios, or transformation initiatives
Experience working with and influencing senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams
Demonstrated success in business development, proposal leadership, and client relationship management
Strong experience within utilities, energy infrastructure, transmission, distribution, or other asset-intensive industries
Deep understanding of capital project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
Experience with capital project execution systems such as BIM, systems engineering, requirements management, engineering data platforms, or project management solutions
Ability to translate technology and data opportunities into measurable business value
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset
Fluency in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, program directors, and key stakeholders within utility organizations
Shaping and leading transformation programs that improve capital project performance across the asset lifecycle
Leading end-to-end initiatives spanning strategy, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
Translating business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
Driving improvements in project predictability, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery speed
Guiding clients in adopting modern delivery approaches, including systems engineering, BIM, digital project controls, engineering data platforms, and program management solutions
Managing complex stakeholder environments across business, engineering, operations, contractors, regulators, and executive leadership
Leading proposal development and supporting business growth activities within the infrastructure and utilities market
Developing innovative offerings and contributing to thought leadership in Industrializing Grid Investments
Inspiring, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers, project professionals, and digital specialists
Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of Accenture's Industrializing Grid Investments practice
