Job summary

Accenture NL seeks an experienced Pension Delivery Lead to steer complex pension transformation programs across funds, administrators, and insurers. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of pension platforms, data migrations, and integrations with payroll, CRM, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance and value delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in pensions or financial services, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Dutch to manage multi-stakeholder governance and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in pensions or Financial Services.
• Proven experience delivering pension software implementations (funds, administrators, insurers).
• Strong knowledge of pension processes and data migration.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to structure complex programs and lead high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with pension administration platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pension technology programs from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage pension administration system implementations, data migrations, and integrations with external platforms.
• Ensure delivery aligns with budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks including compliance and data integrity.
• Act as strategic delivery partner to pension funds, administrators and insurers; align roadmaps with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams; foster collaboration, agility and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate progress, KPIs and risks to stakeholders; run workshops and demos.
