• Identify and mitigate delivery risks including compliance, data integrity, and third-party dependencies.
• Align delivery roadmaps with business goals such as transparency, risk control, and operational efficiency.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including regulators, software vendors, and actuarial teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, testers, and migration specialists.

As a Delivery Lead, specializing in Pension Transformation, you will lead complex software implementation and migration programs for pension funds, pension administrators, and pension insurers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation initiatives aligned with the evolving pension legislation, including the Dutch pension reform.
