Job summary

- Define, refine, and lead the adoption of Pega best practices and development processes.

- Review and update existing processes to improve efficiency.

- Promote automation strategies across various business areas.

- Stay current with trends and advancements in the Pega ecosystem.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Language: Fluent in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).

- Experience: Extensive background in Pega solutions and business architecture principles.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BPM principles, latest Pega versions, and integrations (Kafka, Cassandra).

- Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure), microservices, containerization, and enterprise technologies (Open Source, Oracle, SQL, etc.).

- Methodology: Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

- Certification: Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) is required.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
