Job summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile team to apply Pega expertise and business knowledge.
- Drive and participate in the Center of Excellence for governance and steering.
- Lead strategic projects to advance the Pega platform.
- Define and lead adoption of Pega best practices and development processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams on platform best practices.
- Review and update processes to improve efficiency.
- Promote automation strategies across business areas.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Pega solutions.
- Stay current with trends in the Pega ecosystem.
