Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. in Groningen is seeking an experienced Pega Lead to guide the technical team in implementing Pega solutions within our established architecture.

As the technical authority, you will resolve complex issues, manage risks, and work within an Agile team participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. This hybrid contract role requires senior Pega expertise, certification, and a proven track record with case management systems such as RijksZaak and Alfresco,

Qualifications

• University-level education required.
• LSA Pega certification required.
• 5 years of Pega experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of RijksZaak (PEGA & Alfresco) and case management systems.
• Relevant experience with the client's organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team on Pega implementations.
• Act as the technical authority for complex Pega issues.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks affecting delivery.

Job Type: Contract

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days from office)

You lead the technical team and guide them in implementing Pega solutions according to the established architecture and best practices. In doing so, you act as

the technical authority for resolving complex technical issues and challenges within Pega applications.

You identify, evaluate, and manage technical risks that may impact the successful implementation of Pega solutions, and take appropriate measures to mitigate these

risks. As part of the Agile team, you assist in applying Agile methodologies within the development process: you participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,

and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• You possess a university-level working and thinking level.
• You are LSA Pega certified
• 5 years of experience with Pega
• You have experience with Agile working
• You have knowledge and experience with case management systems, the RijksZaak platform (PEGA and Alfresco).
• You have relevant experience and/or affinity with the client's organization.
