Do you want to help prevent and detect financial risks through IT solutions? Join our team as a Pega Business Consultant and work on transaction monitoring and workflow management applications in an international financial environment.

In this role, you will gather, structure, and document business and IT/Pega requirements, define functional and technical specifications, support testing, investigate issues, and assist with implementation. You will conduct impact analyses in a Pega environment and contribute to high-level solution design while collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, and architects in an Agile/Scrum DevOps team. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst Pega or Pega Consultant, comfortable managing complex stakeholder environments, with knowledge of financial processes or transaction monitoring being a plus.

You are analytical, communicative, and solution-oriented. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Pega is highly valued, and a Pega certification is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and Dutch is a bonus. Candidates must reside in the Netherlands.
