We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pega Architect/Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. This role is focused on designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using the Pega platform and will be a key part of a fast-paced, agile delivery team supporting clients in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable architectures using the Pega platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Pega-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) initiatives.
- Support application testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Drive innovation in architecture and system design with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development and testing.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, Jira/Confluence, and Data Modeling.
- Solid knowledge of Pega CSSA, System Architecture, and end-to-end Pega implementations.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s in Business Information Technology
- Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
