Qualifications

• MBO level qualification.
• PDL certification Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie.
• >2 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
• Confident in English and Dutch.

• Pragmatic with a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute Dutch payroll in ADP for multiple entities.
• Ensure payroll setup meets company requirements and records align with guidelines.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify payroll data.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure clear, efficient hand-offs.
• Identify gaps, drive improvements, and automate processes where possible.
• Support payroll-related policies and documentation with HR and Tax.
