Caely is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll administration for our international operations. You will coordinate with external payroll providers across countries, ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery, and support HR and finance in process improvements.

The role requires working with complex payroll structures, handling bonuses and monthly changes, and maintaining discreet handling of sensitive data.

Job description

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist with experience managing international payroll in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple countries. Comfortable working with payroll systems such as ADP, you handle complex payroll structures, bonuses and monthly changes with confidence. You communicate clearly, work discreetly with sensitive data, and enjoy collaborating with HR, finance and external partners to continuously improve payroll operations. You will be the main contact/coordinate with the external payroll providers across the countries.
