Job summary

KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team in Eindhoven. You will handle the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, ensure accurate data, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and external providers to maintain timely processing.

The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel-based reporting, and driving payroll process improvements as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience including tax, social security, and holiday allowances.
• Relevant education in Payroll, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, including deadlines, payroll inputs, validations, and payroll closing.
• Collect and maintain monthly payroll data, including overtime, commuting allowances, bonuses, holiday allowance, sick pay, salary changes, deductions, and other variable payments.
• Review payroll data and results for accuracy, discrepancies, missing information, and calculation errors, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers to resolve payroll issues and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and analyses using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and analytical tables, covering overtime, allowances, bonuses, and payroll-related costs.
• Maintain payroll/HRIS systems and records, supporting updates, implementations, data migrations, testing, and payroll documentation.
• Support payroll automation and process improvements, including salary, overtime, allowance inputs, Excel tools, and reporting, to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Job description

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our HR department, reporting directly to the HR Director. You will coordinate the monthly Dutch payroll cycle, ensuring payroll data, salaries, overtime, allowances, and other employee payments are accurate, complete, and processed on time.

This role combines payroll coordination, data analysis, monthly reporting, and process improvement. You will work closely with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers, using Excel and payroll/HRIS systems to track and analyse payroll data, identify discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly reports.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and data, is confident using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and analytical reports, and is motivated to automate and improve payroll processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience; relevant education in Payroll, HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dutch payroll, tax, social security, pension, holiday allowance, sick pay, overtime, and employee allowances.
• Experience with Dutch payroll software/HRIS and external payroll providers.
• Strong Excel, numerical, and analytical skills, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage monthly payroll deadlines and confidential employee information.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Preferred: Experience with CLA-based organizations, payroll automation, process improvement, or payroll system implementations.
