Levy Global is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer - Payments in Amsterdam to ensure stability and reliability of payment platforms and infrastructure. You will join a critical IT Operations team handling incident management, production support, release coordination, and network operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with ITIL processes, major incident management, and strong networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience working within payments environments.
Hands-on IT Operations, Production, Incident, Release and Change management experience.
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, routing, load balancers).
Experience managing major incidents and coordinating service restoration.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams under pressure.

Responsabilités

Monitor production systems and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
Coordinate the resolution of incidents across multiple teams and lead incident response activities.
Drive post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate application and infrastructure releases and ensure production readiness per change management.
Support IT risk, security, and regulatory compliance efforts and audits.
Maintain accurate documentation and track operational risks through to resolution.
