Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT service management across multiple technology domains.
• Manage service and sourcing contracts through their lifecycle.
• Ensure governance is established and followed.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement and tech teams.
