Job summary

Vinted Group seeks a Legal Counsel to support Vinted Pay’s licensed entities in the UK, Luxembourg and Lithuania, and collaborate with Vinted Marketplace on payment-related matters.

You will work with Compliance, Product, Engineering and local leadership, handling contracts, user terms, product flows, and regulatory monitoring in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role offers exposure to leading fintech payments within a unicorn-backed European platform.

Qualifications

• Strong background in payments/fintech law (EMI, PSP).
• Experience with regulated payments or marketplace payments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent cross-country collaboration across teams and countries.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to Vinted Pay's licensed entities in Lithuania, Luxembourg, and the UK, aligned with Vinted Marketplace on payment matters.
• Advise Product and Engineering on features, risks, and regulatory guidance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; translate partner requirements into updates.
• Draft and maintain user terms, legal docs, and localized wording in flows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive end-to-end legal projects and product initiatives.
• Coordinate with global Legal and Compliance for consistent approach across entities and jurisdictions.
