Job summary

Vinted is seeking a Manager of Data Science & Analytics, Payments Intelligence. You will report to the Director of Data Science & Analytics, Payments BU, and lead an analytics-focused team across analytics engineers, data scientists and decision scientists.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance and Compliance to accelerate data-driven decisions. You will shape data-product strategy, guide technical direction, and ensure scalable solutions that support a growing payments

Qualifications

• Experience in payments or fintech is required (2+ years strongly preferred).
• Proven track record leading and growing a domain or complex team.
• Strong applied data background with hands-on experience and STEM education.

Responsibilities

• Lead an analytics-focused team across Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists and Decision Scientists.
• Ensure scalable data-products are built efficiently.
• Drive data-driven decisions quickly and with high quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, Compliance and Finance stakeholders.
• Support the team by navigating ambiguity and removing blockers.
