Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Amsterdam seeks a passionate Pastry Chef to craft refined, high-quality pastry dishes for a luxury dining environment. You will oversee desserts end-to-end, ensuring creativity, precision and flawless presentation, while maintaining fresh, properly stored ingredients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for pastry and high-end cuisine.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting preferred.
• Strong creative and quality-driven mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Create refined, high-quality pastry dishes from concept to plate.
• Prepare and present desserts with creativity, precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure freshness, quality and correct storage of all ingredients.
• Manage daily pastry stock levels and assist with ordering to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Work closely with the team to deliver the highest level of service.
