The Amstel Hotel invites a passionate Pastry Chef to join a young dynamic team in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for producing and preparing high-quality pastry dishes, delivering desserts with creativity and precision, and ensuring freshness and proper storage of ingredients.

• Prepare and present desserts with creativity, precision, and attention to detail, using both traditional techniques and modern equipment
• Ensure the freshness, quality, and correct storage of all ingredients
• Manage daily stock levels and assist with ordering to keep the pastry kitchen running smoothly
• Prepare all elements of our pastry dishes from start to finish
• Work closely with the team, supporting and inspiring colleagues to deliver the highest level of service
