Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to orders.
• Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures.
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely; operate forklifts if certified.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate based in Amsterdam (Lijnden), you will work on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong teamwork skills, and strict adherence to company procedures, as well as health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against delivery notes;
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to the supervisor;
• Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners;
• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders;
• Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation;
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers;
• Keep storage areas clean and organized;
• Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures;
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified;
• Follow company health and safety policies;
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.

What we’ll offer:

• A salary between €2,595 and €3,244 gross per month (based on full-time employment), depending on your work experience;
• A parttime position for 32 hours a week;
