As a Warehouse Associate based in Amsterdam (Lijnden), you will work on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong teamwork skills, and strict adherence to company procedures, as well as health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against delivery notes
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
• Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners
• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders
• Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers
• Keep storage areas clean and organized
• Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified
• Follow company health and safety policies
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors
