Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
• Forklift certification is beneficial but may not be required.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices is expected.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners are needed.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify quantities against delivery notes.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Update inventory records using WMS or scanners.
• Pick and pack products according to orders.
• Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation.
• Load and unload deliveries and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors
