Job summary

Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American (Dalata Hotel Group) is seeking a charismatic part-time waiter focused on weekend shifts to deliver warm, professional service across breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will welcome guests, describe menus, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a spotless dining area in a fast-paced, vibrant setting on Leidseplein.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of hospitality experience, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and fluency in English or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work part-time hours with a strong focus on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Fluent in English or Dutch (additional languages a plus).
• Friendly, professional and presentable with strong communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders with upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment at all times.
