Job summary

Altura, an ambitious AI SaaS startup, is hiring a Jr. Graphic Design & Content Specialist in Amsterdam. You will create visuals, edit videos, and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging content in Dutch and English across campaigns, product launches, and social channels.

You will leverage AI tools for rapid production, own content templates, and help shape Altura’s brand presence with fast, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding.
Working knowledge of motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable editing video with Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci or CapCut.
Fluent in Dutch and English to produce Dutch and English content.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.
A proactive mindset with opinions and ideas beyond briefs.

Responsibilities

Design and produce a wide range of visual content—graphics, animations, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and templates for social media and ads.
Shoot and edit product videos and dynamic content in Dutch and English.
Collaborate across marketing to ensure brand-consistent, high-converting assets.
Own end-to-end content execution, manage LinkedIn presence, and create copy for blogs and whitepapers.
Leverage AI tools to streamline production and generate first drafts of copy.
Evolve Altura's visual identity and push creative boundaries.
