Job summary

Livom, a fast-growing Swiss startup, is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Amsterdam showroom. You will consult with customers, showcase our modular, sustainable sofas, and help them realize their interior design dreams with friendly, expert guidance.

In this role you’ll analyse needs, assist in showroom orders, and follow up with potential buyers to close deals. A passion for interior design and strong service mindset are essential to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Enjoyment of working with people and a genuine talent for service-oriented consulting.
• Strong sales drive and closing skills—you understand that alongside excellent consultation, actively guiding customers to a decision and closing the deal is essential.
• Open, communicative personality and a positive, engaging presence.
• Reliability, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good Dutch language skills; English or additional languages are a plus.
• A passion and enthusiasm for interior design.

Responsibilities

• The core of your role is providing friendly and professional advice and support in the sale of modular sofas.
• Needs analysis and comprehensive customer consultation on our products in the showroom and online shop
• Assist customers directly in the showroom to place their orders
• Follow up with customers, that havent purchased on the spot to close them after their visit
• Contribute to creating a welcoming showroom experience
• Support daily tasks such as product presentation, showroom maintenance, and minor administrative duties

To strengthen our team at the Showroom Amsterdam, we are now looking for a Sales Advisor who brings passion for consulting, interior design, and customer service to represent our brand.

Tasks

As a Sales Advisor with a talent for sales, you will inspire our customers with our flexible sofas and show them with enthusiasm what is possible. Taking individual customer needs into account, you will help them realize their personal home furnishing dreams.
