Job summary

Volero in Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic weekend assistant to join its showroom team. You will be the face of the showroom, greet customers, listen to their wishes, and provide expert interior advice.

You’ll monitor orders, assist with aftersales, and keep customers updated on status while maintaining a neat showroom. This part-time role offers a friendly, sociable work environment with flexible weekend scheduling and a competitive salary above the collective labour agreement.

Your responsibilities

• You are the face of the showroom;
• Making sure customers feel welcome;
• Listening to the customer's wishes and needs and giving expert advice;
• Monitoring active orders and aftersales;
• Making sure customers are kept up to date on the status of their order, and handling any questions or complaints professionally;
• Making sure the showroom always looks neat and well kept.
