Job summary

Samsonite Rotterdam seeks a motivated sales advisor to deliver premium shopping experiences and drive product knowledge-based sales. You will help maintain store standards and contribute to inventory accuracy while working closely with a dynamic retail team.

You must be fluent in Dutch and English, flexible for weekend work, and eager to participate in ongoing training to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Be very customer and service oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus.
• Willing to work weekends and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an excellent and premium shopping experience.
• Apply mandatory sales standards and up-to-date product knowledge to increase sales.
• Follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety.
• Ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with correctly priced products.
• Assist in managing inventory.

• You apply mandatory sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.
• You follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.
• You ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with beautifully presented and correctly priced products.
• You assist in managing inventory.
• You are eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.
