Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to join the Front Desk night team from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, 2–3 nights per week. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, ensure accuracy of settlements, and uphold the brand’s service standards.

The role offers a night allowance, meal stipend per shift, and development opportunities while you contribute to a welcoming, secure guest experience across the night hours.

Qualifications

Minimum of guest service experience in a hotel front desk.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Able to work night shifts and weekends.
Professional appearance and grooming.

Responsibilities

Handle check-in/check-out processes during night hours.
Maintain front desk operations and guest safety.
Process payments and foreign currencies per policy.
Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.

Job description

To support our Front Desk team we are looking for a Parttime Night Auditor at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. We offer a position for 2-3 nights per week (11:00PM - 07:00AM).

A Night Auditor is part of the night-hour operation of the Front Desk Team and ensures to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. The Night Auditor is reporting to the Night Manager.

What will you be doing?

As Night Auditor, you are part the night shift of the Front Desk Team. A Night Auditor is responsible for the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Take part in the entire Front Desk operation within the night to maintain high standards
Complete Night Audit duties
Able to use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise
Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
Attend appropriate training courses
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks, and maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas

Previous guest service agent experience in the Front Office within a hotel
Interpersonal and communication skills

Fire & Safety trained (BHV)
Excellent in English language both verbal and writing
Valid work permit for the Netherlands required in case you have a non-EU nationality
