LYNX in Amsterdam is seeking a Medior Account Manager for Professional Clients to grow one of our most important client segments and support their day-to-day use of the platform, accounts and trading tools. You will handle complex client questions, guide onboarding with Compliance and CDD, and build long-term relationships while contributing to growth of Professional Clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management within financial services.
• Experience with trading platforms.
• DSI Informeren Beleggen registration.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
• Affinity with Professional Clients such as asset managers, advisors, and funds.

Responsibilities

• Support Professional Clients in day-to-day use of the platform, accounts and trading tools.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Professional Clients.
• Contribute to acquisition and growth of new Professional Clients.

• Ensure onboarding runs smoothly and set expectations with clients.
• Help clients become fully operational on the platform.

As Medior Account Manager Professional Clients you play a key role in supporting and growing one on LYNX's most important segments.

You are responsible for building strong relationships with Professional Clients while supporting them in their day-to-day use of the platform, accounts, and trading tools.This includes handling complex client questions, guiding onboarding processes together with Compliance and CDD, supporting commercial growth initiatives, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and support.

What you'll do

• Supporting Professional Clients in their day-to-day use of the platform, accounts, and trading tools
• Handling complex client questions and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
• Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with Professional Clients
• Contributing to the acquisition and growth of new Professional Clients
• Conducting sales conversations, client presentations, and fee negotiations with prospects and existing clients
• Representing LYNX at events and actively expanding your professional network
• Guiding clients through onboarding processes together with CDD and Compliance teams
• Ensuring onboarding processes run smoothly and managing expectations towards clients
• Helping clients become fully operational and successfully set up on the platform

Who you are

• A proactive and flexible professional who combines strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management within financial services
• Experience working with trading platforms
• You have a DSI Informeren Beleggen (Retail) registration
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments
• Affinity with Professional Clients such as asset managers, advisors, and funds
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with onboarding processes (KYC/CDD)
• Familiarity with relevant regulations such as MiFID and AML/KYC
• Experience dealing with more complex client structures (e.g. funds or asset managers)
• Existing network of Professional Clients
