Job summary

Voet Energy Solutions is seeking an HR Officer to support the full employee journey, from welcoming new colleagues to absence management, recruitment and HR administration. You are organized, detail-oriented and ensure agreements and records are properly documented.

The role is 20 hours per week, spread over five days with four hours a day, offering responsibility and direct contact with employees and managers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• MBO-level qualification or equivalent level of education and experience.
• Structured and organized with the ability to keep an overview.
• Clear communication with colleagues and managers.
• Confidential information handling with care and discretion.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Experience with recruitment and absence management.
• Strong communication skills and ease handling sensitive conversations.
• Affinity with HR and interest in improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and keep employee records up to date.
• Prepare employment contracts and other HR documents.
• Process new hires and departures.
• Keep track of leave and sickness absence.
• Answer employees’ questions about HR and personnel matters.
• Schedule and prepare meetings.
• Support HR administration and payroll processing.
• Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and ways of working.
