Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) is seeking an Operations Assistant (0.8 FTE) to support daily CTL/AI operations and co-design communications. You will help structure our shared digital environment, assist AI experiments, and manage administration to keep activities moving smoothly.

You will also publish news, help develop communication plans, maintain portal pages, and ensure a consistent CTL/AI brand across channels. The role suits a proactive communicator who enjoys collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong communication/content creation skills.
• Experience creating videos, podcasts and other media content.
• Proactive, well-organised, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and communicate joint CTL/AI activities.
• Organise processes and administration in the shared digital environment.
• Publish engaging internal and external news items (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Maintain CTL/AI brand identity across channels and portals.
